You cannot see some information after transferring your data to new iPhone from iTunes or iCloud.

Often users complain, they transferred the data from iCloud/ iTunes, but later cannot access it or some of files go missing on the new iPhone. This is probably because that information is lost or deleted from the iCloud or iTunes backup.

In such cases, you need to first recover that data from iCloud or iTunes and then transfer it to the new iPhone.

For this, use a secure iPhone Data Recovery software – Stellar Data Recovery for iPhone. The DIY software restores lost and deleted data from iPhone, iTunes, and iCloud. You can easily recover your contacts, call history, photos, videos, chat messages along with attachments, Notes, App documents, etc. It is helpful as you can choose and restore the specific data that you want rather than recovering everything from the iCloud or iTunes backup.

  1.  Transfer data through Quick Start

Is your old iPhone running on iOS 11? If not yet upgrade it to iOS 11 to use Quick Start for data transfer to new phone.

  • The Quick Start screen appears on your old iPhone and gives the option ‘Set up New iPhone’ using your Apple ID.

  • Tap Continue.
  • Wait for your new iPhone to show an animation (a blue ball of particles).

Hold your old iPhone over the new one to capture the animation, using viewfinder.

  • You will get backup options – restoring apps, data, and settings from latest iCloud backup or updating your old iPhone’s backup and then restoring. Select the backup option.
  • The transfer process begins. Keep both the devices together until the data transfer to the new iPhone completes. All your photos, music, videos, apps, etc., in iCloud are transferred to your new iPhone.
